UI Overview
This page provides a walkthrough of the Smart QnA interface.
It helps educators quickly get familiar with all sections in the dashboard.
๐ Dashboard Overview
The dashboard provides a high-level summary of the system activity:
- Total Answer Sheets evaluated so far
- Evaluated Today: number of scripts processed today
- Active TAs: teaching assistants helping in evaluations
- Pending Reviews: items that need attention
It also shows ongoing evaluations for each subject with progress, remaining days, and number of scripts checked.
๐ Course Management
The โCoursesโ page allows professors to:
- View all ongoing and past courses
- See the course name, semester, and status (active/inactive)
- Add new courses using the + Add Course button
Each course card provides an entry point into managing exams, students, and TAs.
๐ Analytics Dashboard
This page gives deep insights into your teaching metrics:
- Total Students enrolled in all courses
- Average Score across all evaluations
- Course Completion Rate (students completing all exams)
- Active Courses this semester
It also includes:
- ๐ Performance Trends (monthly evaluations)
- ๐ธ Course Analytics Radar chart for skill-based performance
๐งฎ Grade Management
A centralized panel to review and finalize grades.
- Total Students across all evaluated courses
- Average Grade across scripts
- Grading Progress: % of answer sheets graded
- Pending Grades: unresolved or conflicting entries
It provides both a spreadsheet view and analytic charts.
๐ฉโ๐ Student Management
Manage students associated with your course:
- View student details (name, email, course, status)
- Filter by status, course, or year
- Add students manually or import via XLS/CSV
- Edit or remove student profiles
Status shows if a student is currently active in a course.
๐จโ๐ซ Teaching Assistants
This section helps manage your TA team:
- View Active TAs, Weekly Hours, and Course Coverage
- See individual TA cards with name, contact, roles, workload
- Add new TAs using the + Add TA button
- Export or filter TAs by course or role
Each TA card shows their weekly contribution and rating.
